As the season shifts and September arrives, there’s no better time to pause, slow down, and reset your mind and body.

This month, our show will be on Friday, September 11th from 6:30 PM to 8:00 PM at the Palomar Unitarian Universalist Fellowship in Vista for our signature sound bath healing meditation.

Whether you join us every month or are brand new to the practice, our sound bath offers a sacred container to melt away stress, quiet the mind, and anchor into deep relaxation.

What to Expect

Let the soothing sound waves wash over you as Pablo, Andy, and Bob guide you through a multi-instrumental vibrational journey. Featuring a harmonious blend of Tibetan singing bowls, crystal bowls, gongs, didgeridoos, Native American flutes, and immersive soundscapes, this experience is designed to align your mind, body, and spirit.

How to Prepare & What to Bring

To ensure you are as comfortable as possible during your journey, please bring your favorite cozy props to rest on the floor:

• 🧘 Yoga Mat (or a soft blanket/pad to lie on)
• 🛌 Pillow for head or knee support
• 👁️ Eye Pillow or Mask to block out light and deepen your inner focus
• 💧 Water to stay hydrated after your session
• 🧥 Comfortable, layered clothing so you stay warm and cozy throughout
