This month, we are thrilled to offer two distinct opportunities to celebrate; a special Cacao Ceremony and a soundbath with healing frequencies that will open your heart.

For this Valentine’s Day gathering, Vanessa Dawson will be joining Swirl of Sound as a special guest facilitator. Vanessa will be serving ceremonial cacao—the heart-opening “love medicine” often called the elixir of the gods—inviting us into deeper connection, presence, and embodied love.

In addition to cacao, Vanessa will weave her live vocals along with Tricia’s beautiful vocals into the sound bath, adding an intimate, soulful layer to the experience. This offering is an invitation into love, resonance, and chocolate-infused bliss—perfect for Valentine’s Day.

Kick off your February with a grounding immersion in the beautiful acoustics of the Palomar Unitarian Universal Fellowship in Vista.

🤎 Event 2: A Special Valentine’s Cacao & Sound Journey

For our second gathering, we are shifting our usual schedule to honor the day of love. We’ve moved our Soul of Yoga session to Valentine’s Day for an elevated, multi-sensory experience.

The Magic of the Cacao Ceremony

What is a Cacao Ceremony, you might ask?

To make this evening truly transformative, we are incorporating a Cacao Ceremony. But what does that actually mean?

Historically used by Mayan and Aztec traditions, ceremonial-grade cacao is considered a “heart opener.” Unlike your average chocolate bar, this pure cacao contains theobromine (translating to “Food of the Gods”), which increases blood flow and stimulates the release of dopamine and endorphins.

How it ties into Valentine’s Day: While Valentine’s Day often focuses on external gestures, a Cacao Ceremony invites radical self-love and emotional clarity. It allows you to gently peel back the layers of the heart, making it the perfect ritual to share with a partner or to experience as an act of profound self-care.

Why add a Sound Bath? If Cacao opens the door to the heart, the Sound Bath allows you to walk through it. The “softer vibration” of this specific session is designed to complement the cacao’s warmth, using frequency to settle the nervous system so you can fully integrate the feelings of peace and connection surfaced during the ceremony.
